Tai Chi for Health

We are a certified instructor of Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Arthritis and Fall Prevention program. This program is a CDC-recognized and evidence based program, designed to improve strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning and balance. It’s also been proven to improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, prevent falls and help people who have arthritis.
